Members enrolled with Kaiser Permanente through PHIP are covered under the Kaiser prescription drug benefit. Kaiser Permanente members must use Kaiser pharmacies to obtain prescription drugs (except in Eugene-Springfield service area).
Members enrolled in the Moda Health Medicare Supplement plan have coverage under the Moda Health Rx Part D prescription drug benefit, which has a comprehensive national network with more than 58,000 participating pharmacies within the United States. This includes most of the large national chains as well as many neighborhood pharmacies. If you prefer to have up to a 3 month supply of your prescriptions delivered right to your door, Moda has several mail order pharmacies available to choose from, at no additional cost. Using your mail order service can help you take your medications on time and as directed, and may also save you money on your prescriptions. With Moda, you can have peace of mind knowing that you can get your prescriptions when you need them, no matter where you are.
Members enrolled with PacificSource Medicare through PHIP are covered under the PacificSource Medicare Advantage Part D prescription drug benefit. You can access your PacificSource Medicare prescription drug benefit at retail pharmacies, through mail order or through long term care (LTC) pharmacies. Our retail pharmacy network has over 68,000 pharmacies throughout the United States. This includes well-known national and regional chain pharmacies and independent pharmacies as well. Most retail pharmacies in our network allow you to get a long-term supply (up to 93 days) of maintenance drugs.
Members enrolled in a Providence Medicare Advantage plan through PHIP are covered under the Providence Medicare Advantage plan Part D prescription drug benefit. Providence Medicare Advantage plan has approximately 36,000 participating pharmacies available for use nationwide. Most of our network pharmacies have preferred cost-sharing, and member responsibility may be less when using these preferred cost-sharing pharmacies.
Members enrolled with UnitedHealthcare through PHIP can choose from over thousands of pharmacies across the United States, including national chain, regional and independent local retail pharmacies.
Home Delivery Pharmacy
Home delivery prescriptions can be obtained through OptumRx®, our preferred mail service pharmacy. OptumRx® fills your order and mails it to you at no additional cost for standard shipping.
Once a Medicare member has reached the out of pocket for eligible prescription drugs, the plan will pay 100 percent of covered prescription drugs for the remainder of the calendar year.
