We encourage PERS retirees who will become Medicare eligible (due to turning 65 years of age, or due to receiving Social Security benefits due to disability) within the next 12 months to review the following videos for information regarding eligibility, enrollment and the benefit plans offered through PHIP.

Please note: Effective December 31, 2024, PacificSource will no longer offer the PHIP PacificSource Medicare Advantage Essentials RX 803 (HMO) plan and therefore will not participate in the 2024 New Enrollment presentations. If you select the PHIP PacificSource Medicare Advantage Essentials 803 RX retiree health plan during 2024, you will automatically move to the selected PHIP Medicare Advantage Plan effective January 1, 2025.
